    Wedding Size: Up to 60 guests.

    Rental Time, Set Up and Clean Up: 10-hour block.               

    Additional time: +$100 per hour.                                                             

    Rooms Included: The Ceremonial Hall, the Best of Times Hall, the kitchen, and the bar area.

    Rental Includes: 10 tables with long tablecloths and 60 chairs. Up to 4 serving tables available for caterers to use.

    50% non-refundable deposit booking.   

    Security deposit of $200 due at signing which is refundable within 3 days after the event.

    Total payment due 10 days before the event date. 

    Client is responsible for clean-up, food, decoration and trash removal.

Depending on the size of your event, security will be provided at $40 per hour.

Rehearsal

Rehearsals can be scheduled up to 2 weeks in advance but not guaranteed. Venue availability will determine when they can be scheduled and rehearsal time is limited to 1 hour.
